Koonusrull-laagri tutvustus:
Koonusrull-laagrid on eraldiseisvad laagrid ning laagri sise- ja välisrõngastel on koonusradad. Seda tüüpi laagrid jagunevad erinevateks konstruktsioonitüüpideks, nagu üherealised, kaherealised ja neljarealised koonusrull-laagrid, vastavalt paigaldatud rullikute arvule. Üherealised koonusrull-laagrid taluvad radiaalseid ja aksiaalseid koormusi ühes suunas. Kui laagrile avaldatakse radiaalset koormust, tekib aksiaalne komponent, nii et tasakaalustamiseks on vaja teist laagrit, mis talub vastassuunalist aksiaalset jõudu.
Koonusrull-laagerRakendus
Koonusrull-laagrid on tavaliselt eraldi tüüpi, see tähendab, et koonusekujulise sisemise rõnga koostu, mis koosneb rulliga sisemisest rõngast ja puurisõlmest, saab paigaldada eraldi välisest faasist (välisrõngast). Koonusrull-laagreid kasutatakse laialdaselt autodes, valtsimistehastes, kaevanduses, metallurgias, plastimasinate valmistamisel ja muudes tööstusharudes.

PAKEND
- Meie laagrite jaoks kasutatakse standardset ekspordipakendit ja keskkonnakaitsega pakkematerjali, vastavalt kliendi soovile saab pakkuda ka kohandatud karpe, silte, vöötkoode jne.
LOGISTIKA
- Tavaliselt saadetakse meie laagrid klientidele suure kaalu tõttu ookeanitranspordiga, meie klientide vajaduse korral on saadaval ka lennutransport, ekspress.
GARANTII
– Garanteerime, et meie laagritel ei esine materjali- ja tootmisdefekte 12 kuu jooksul alates tarnekuupäevast. See garantii kaotab kehtivuse mittesoovitatava kasutamise, ebaõige paigaldamise või füüsiliste kahjustuste tõttu.

K: Kui pikk on tarneaeg?
V: Näidistellimuste täitmise aeg on 3-5 päeva, hulgitellimuste puhul 5-15 päeva.
K: Kuidas tellimusi esitada?
V: 1. Saatke meile e-kirjaga mudel, kaubamärk ja kogus, saaja teave, saatmisviis ja maksetingimused;
2. Proforma Arve tehtud ja teile saadetud;
3. Lõpetage makse pärast PI kinnitamist;
4. Kinnitage makse ja korraldage tootmine.
Meil on täielikult tootmisliin ja me kontrollime alati rangelt iga tootmisprotsessi alates tooraine valmistamisest, treimisest kuni kuumtöötluseni, lihvimisest kokkupanemiseni, puhastamisest, õlitamisest kuni pakkimiseni jne. Iga protsessi töö on väga pedantne. Tootmisprotsessis saavutas see enesekontrolli, järelkontrolli, proovide võtmise kontrolli ja täieliku kontrolli (nt range nagu kvaliteedikontroll) kõik jõudlused rahvusvahelisele standardile. Samal ajal asutas ettevõte täiustatud testimiskeskuse, tutvustas kõige arenenumat testimisvahendit: kolm koordinaati, pikkuse mõõteriist, spektromeeter, profiler, ümarusmõõtur, vibratsioonimõõtur, kõvadusmõõtur, metallograafiline analüsaator, laagrite väsimuse mõõtmise masin ja muud mõõteriistad jne.
